   My Personal expiriance is RV89.
   It's a very professional Hosting Provider, they have more products payed and free.

   In Free Hosting they use cPanel WHM 11.24 with much addons software installed that we can use for manage our sites.. install immediatly the CMS, forum and other script in 1min!

   The hardware of the server is also good, it's much performed, the server has 6TB of space!

   If your current internet provider is Earthlink, AOL, SBC Global and others which provide a homepage; you can easily FTP your own webpage designs as a new homepage. And using a redirection service such as mydomain.com or the forwarding of a parked domain name at godaddy.com, you can easily "mask" the homepage URL with a proper domain name. So in a sense, you have a working ecommerce website disguised as a homepage while still paying your normal monthly Internet provider's access and hosting fee of the homepage.

   Domain registration is cheap and it also gives you free web space and all. And overall, this is less than $20 a year alone! If you need more space, they can give it at lower rates, beating every other host out there.

   From the services I've been with in my free-hosting days, the best that I could have thought of were ulmb.com and tyreus.com. Neither of these hosts advertises extensively but both are extremely professional with minimum-none downtimes.

   But once you outgrow a free-hosting account, it might be a good idea to start looking for shared hosts.

   Freehostia is always a good choice. They are free (unless you want even more options), and there's tons of different things that you can choose from : forums, guest books, photo galleries, all for free.

    For that you need to read some reviews about web hosting companies. need to compare their support services, server up time and down time and price per month, per year. Also compare prise per MB space.

    Which kind of cPANEL features he offers it's mostimportant.

    You should definitely try 000webhost. I've been with them for about 6 months and still no downtimes. Not the ones I know about anyways
    So here are the details:
